In Papua New Guinea, a rainstorm activates a Kaprosuchus. It roars and runs off. Meanwhile, at Area Fifty-Something, Dr. Cockroach is watching Primeval again when the Dino Holders go off. He slides down the chute to his lab. When the others get there, Link asks his traditional “Where is it?” “Papua New Guinea.” They then transport. When they get there, they look around. “Raining a whole bunch.” Susan commented, whipping a hat out of nowhere. “There!” “It’s a Kaprosuchus! BOB!” “Monster Slash! Bring in the thunder, Triceratops!” Chomp’s summoning sequence plays. The Kaprosuchus hits with Aqua Javelin. It uses Ocean Panic, summoning the Ophthalmosaurus, who attack Chomp. It hits with Shockwave. It hits with Hydro Cutter. “Final Thunder!” It’s a hit, defeating the Kaprosuchus. Because their user was defeated, the Ophthalmosaurus turn back into a card and blow away. BOB picks up the cards and gives them to Link, who names it Tusky. When he puts Tusky’s cards into the Dino Holder, Stomper was sent into storage. They then go home, where Dr. Cockroach determines Tusky to be a 4 on the Power Scale. A tally sequence. “Now that we’ve got a Kaprosuchus, we’ve got a total of 61 creatures.”
This episode shows another example of cartoon physics, as seen when Susan pulls a hat out of Hammerspace.
