He slides down the chute to his lab. When the others get there, Link asks his traditional “Where is it?” “Russia.” When they get there, Dr. Cockroach immediately looks behind him. Nothing. Then he gets a funny feeling and looks again. “Seriously?” “What is it?” “Didelphodon. BOB!” “Monster Slash! Bring in the thunder, Columbian Mammoth!” Marven’s summoning sequence plays. “Blitz Counter!” It’s a hit. The Didelphodon rams Marven. “Lightning Ax!” It’s a hit. Marven hits again with Lightning Ax. “Thunder Bazooka!” It’s a hit. Marven hits again with Thunder Bazooka. He hits with Lightning Ax. The Didelphodon hits with Ninja Attack. It rams Marven. It hits with Hurricane Beat. Marven hits with Lightning Ax. Didelphodon hits with Ninja Attack. BOB’s Dino Holder starts beeping. “Not good!” The Didelphodon rams Marven, defeating him. “I lost. Susan!” “Monster Slash! Burn them to a crisp, Thylacosmilus!” Thylaco’s summoning sequence plays. Thylaco charges, but the Didelphodon dodges and strikes back with Dino Illusion. “Magma Blaster!” It’s a hit, instantly defeating Didelphodon. Susan picks up the cards and gives them to Insecto, who names it Opossum. When he puts Opossum’s cards into the Dino Holder, Badger was sent into storage. They then go home, where Dr. Cockroach determines Opossum to be an 18 on the Power Scale. A tally sequence. “Now we’ve got a Didelphodon, so we’ve got a total of 33 creatures.”
